            According to its publisher, Law & Politics, only 5% of all practicing lawyers in Indiana are selected for inclusion in the Indiana Super Lawyer list.  The publisher of Indiana Super Lawyers undertakes a rigorous procedure to identify preeminent attorneys based upon surveys, interviews and consideration of other factors. 

            Additionally, Indiana Monthly Magazine and Law & Politics identified four Harrison & Moberly attorneys as “rising stars.”  The attorneys identified (including their practice area) are:

                        Lisa M. Adler (Estate and Trust Litigation)

                        Raymond A. Basile (Construction Litigation)

                        Paul J. Carroll (General Litigation)

                        Albert B. Wong (Health Care)

            According to the publisher, the “Rising Star” includes just 2.5% of the top up-and-coming attorneys in Indiana.

            Additionally, Stephen E. Arthur and Stephen J. Peters were also recognized for inclusion in “Superlawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition” which will be published in September, 2009.
