June 30, 2010 - For the third year in a row Barclay Wong, a member of the firm’s Health Law Group, had the honor of lecturing at the Hoosiers Owners and Providers for the Elderly (HOPE) Health Facility Administrator/Residential Care Administrator course.  This course is one of the two specialized courses of study approved by the Indiana State Board of Health Facility Administrators.  Mr. Wong discussed the statutes and regulations applicable to Health Facility Administrators and Residential Care Administrators with the students who are studying to obtain licensure as either a Health Facility Administrator or a Residential Care Administrator.  These future administrators will be tasked with the important responsibility of caring for Indiana’s elderly population.
