Extensive experience in chiropractic defense and risk management; incorporation and representation of insurance companies and non-profit corporations. Insurance Claims Attorney, 1937-1943; Deputy Attorney General, 1943-1947, less two years in U.S. Navy; Traffic Safety Director, State of Indiana, 1947-1948.

Chiropractic Practice Liability, published by the International Chiropractors Association in 1990; numerous risk management and trade magazine articles.

Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness, 1976-present.
