Mr. Hoffman concentrates his practice in construction law, where his clients represent the entire spectrum of those affected by design and construction, including owners, developers, contractors, material and equipment suppliers, governmental bodies, architects and engineers. He has authored books, chapters, seminar manuals, magazine features and news columns covering a multitude of issues affecting construction contracting, claims, design and project management. He speaks and lectures on these subjects as well, focusing on practical “real world” issues and solutions. Mr. Hoffman has served as an American Arbitration Association and privately selected arbitrator and mediator and is also a Registered Civil Mediator for court-appointed matters dealing with construction or design-related claims and disputes.
