Stephen E. Arthur

Stephen Arthur is Managing Partner, co-chair of Harrison Moberly’s Litigation Services Group, a member of the Firm’s Appellate Law Group, and chair of the Firm’s Ethics Committee. Stephen has handled hundreds of litigation and appellate matters in Indiana state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and in U.S. Military Courts. He represents companies and individuals in the litigation and appeal of business and tort matters, products liability, drug and patent infringement, and real estate disputes.

Stephen is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He authors several treatises on Indiana civil trial practice and procedure, including Harvey’s Rules of Procedure Annotated, the Indiana Civil Trial Practice, and the Indiana Civil Trial Rule Handbook.
 
Stephen served in the United States Marine Corps, as a Captain and Judge Advocate, and was a Law Clerk to former Chief Justice Richard M. Givan of the Indiana Supreme Court.
