Stephen D. LePage

PRACTICE AREAS:

In addition to serving as Harrison & Moberly’s General Counsel, Mr. LePage’s practice includes representing companies of diverse sizes in industries which include manufacturing, retail, construction, and transportation in the following practice areas:

 

Employment Law: defense of claims in federal and state courts and before various administrative agencies including the EEOC, NLRB, DOL Wage & Hour Division, and OSHA; advise employers on day-to-day personnel issues and policy implementation and enforcement; experienced in drafting of employment, severance, and independent contractor agreements.

 

Labor Law: represent companies in unfair labor practice and representation cases before the NLRB; advise corporate clients in organizing campaigns; represent companies in labor grievance and arbitration proceedings and collective bargaining negotiations.

 

Construction Law: counsel construction and commercial clients in contract and payment disputes as well as mechanic’s lien claims.

 

General Business: buy-sell agreements; operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and contracts.
