PRACTICE PROFILE

Mr. Ailes co-chairs the firm’s Real Estate Group and concentrates his practice in the counseling and representation of clients in buying, selling, leasing, developing and financing all types of commercial properties, in business entity formation and development, and in real estate litigation.
