Richard L. McOmber

In the course of Mr. McOmber’s experience at Harrison & Moberly, he has tried over 45 personal injury jury trials, including twelve “minor impact” personal injury auto accident cases. In eleven of these cases, the verdict returned was lower than the Plaintiff’s medical bills. In three of the cases the verdict was zero. Thirteen of the jury trials he has tried are reported in various editions of the Trial Reports section of the Indiana Lawyer.
