• This award is open to any woman business owner with a for-profit or not-for-profit (501(c)(3)) company that has been in continuous operation for two years or more in Indiana.
• Business owners must be 21 years of age, a U.S. citizen, and own 50% or more of the business.
• Applications must be submitted by the business owner, or anyone who believes she is worthy of this award.
• An Affidavit of Eligibility will be required by all Nominees.
• Submitted information becomes the sole property of Harrison & Moberly, LLP.
• Employees of Harrison & Moberly, LLP and Indianapolis Woman may not be submitted as a Nominee.
• Harrison & Moberly, LLP and Indianapolis Woman are not responsible for lost or delayed entries.
• Applicants will be notified when their applications have been received.
• Final judging will be done by objective, independent parties.
• The decision of the judges will be final.
• Nominees’, Finalists’ and Winner’s names, pictures and stories may be used for future advertising, publicity, press releases, and publications such as magazines and books, without further authorization from the Nominee, Finalist or Winner.
